Deanna Alexander has been part of PCLA since 1992, contributing over 30 years of service in community mental health. After more than two decades with the CRESST program, she now serves as Team Lead at Lina’s Place, a 12-bed mental health assisted living facility.

Deanna is deeply committed to empowering residents to achieve their personal goals, strengthen independent living skills, and maintain their mental health. Her leadership emphasizes  compassion, collaboration, and respect, creating an environment where residents are encouraged to grow in confidence and autonomy.

She remains passionate about PCLA’s mission and the values of dignity, recovery, and inclusion that guide its work.
