Debbie Reid has been a cornerstone of PCLA since 1992, bringing over four decades of nursing and mental health experience to her role as Manager of Care at Millers Way and Lina’s Place. A graduate of the BCIT Psychiatric Nursing Program (1982), Debbie began her career at Riverview Hospital before moving into leadership roles in North Vancouver.

She is deeply passionate about supporting vulnerable populations and addressing homelessness in the Downtown Eastside, where she leads outreach initiatives providing food and warm clothing.

Debbie’s work is grounded in compassion, teamwork, and gratitude. She considers her greatest joys to be her family, as a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of two, and the privilege of serving residents alongside her dedicated team at PCLA.
